General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 11 and Chapter 41, Sections 81-T and 81-U, the Yarmouth Planning Board will hold concurrent Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 5:30 P.M. in the Hearing Room of the Yarmouth Town Offices, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, and via remote access at hops://us02web.zoom.us/J/89836415124 or via telephone at (301) 715 8592 and entering webinar ID 898 3641 5124, to consider the applications of The Davenport Companies for approval of the following: 1. Definitive Subdivision #2936C: Owner: The Roman Catholic Bishop of Fall River, 450 Highland Ave, Fall River, MA 02720-3701. Applicant: The Davenport Companies, 20 Main Street, South Yarmouth, MA 02664. Property Location: Unnumbered lot on the south side of Route 6A, between Kencomsett Circle and Outward Reach and across the street from Hockanom Road; Assessor's Map 125, Parcel 39; 15.3 acre lot; Zoning District R40 Residential. The Applicant is seeking approval for a 14-lot single-family cluster Definitive Subdivision Plan with a revised layout entitled "Definitive Subdivision Plan of Land of the proposed Single -Family Cluster Development at Lot 2, Route 6A, Yarmouth Port, MA for The Davenport Companies". The plan was prepared by John M. O'Reilly, P.L.S., of J.M. O'Reilly & Associates Inc., and is dated October 19, 2022. 2. Petition #117: The Applicant is seeking a Special Permit for a 14-lot single-family cluster subdivision with a revised layout under the provisions of Yarmouth Zoning Bylaw Section 402. Copies of the plans and application materials are on file with the Planning Board and may be inspected Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the Planning Division office at the Yarmouth Town Offices, and on the Town of Yarmouth website. Any person wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated above.
