I live at an abutter to the property included In
Petition #4994. I believe the Board should accept this petition for the following reasons:
These properties are currently derelict or not well maintained. The proposal
will allow these properties to be used to their best and highest use, be Improved
upon and revitalize the neighborhood. It will breathe life Into an already
depressed area on Route 28.
Z. The proposed lot lines would prevent a nuisance in our
neighborhood. Should this entire property remain one LARGE property
and be sold, it would open the door to many large businesses and
developers which would change the feel of our quiet, largely residential
neighborhood.
If each property is allowed to be broken off and continue to operate in a
manner similar to its current use, it would be an opportunity for these
properties to be kept within their best and highest allowable uses,
3. This proposal will increase much Deeded housing stock in our area.
All the proposed zoning allows for either residential, or business or
residential.
As neighbors, we ask the board to accept this proposal.
