Petition #4994. 1 believe the Board should accept this petition which would allow for the
improvement in the appearance of the home located at 63 Pond Street. It would be a
welcomed improvement to the area which unfortunately has other structures in disrepair, It
would help maintain the residential nature of our neighborhood. It will bring an underutilized
home to the available housing stock without increase in nuisance, noise or traffic.
As neighbors, we ask the board to accept this proposal.
