The proposed lot lines would prevent a nuisance in our neighborhood. Should this entire property remain one LARGE property and be sold, it would open the door to many large businesses and developers which would change the feel of our quiet, largely residential neighborhood. If each property is allowed to be broken off and continue to operate in a manner similar to its current use, it would be an opportunity for these properties to be kept within their best and highest allowable uses. 3. This proposal will increase much needed housing stock in our area.
