The overall project proposes the construction of a 1,300 LF Elevated boardwalk loop (adjacent lot) Bicycle & walking paths, kayak & paddle board float, and 4 acre multi -use grassed event space are other key attractions. The park includes a Nature -based play area, space for nine artist shanties, and a seasonal restroom structure with a small park office space. A new entrance drive and porous pavement parking areas (88 spaces) with site lighting is proposed. As part of the Town -wide multi -phase wastewater collection and treatment project essential infrastructure is planned: the Town wastewater pumping station (PS#3) is proposed at Main St., east of the park entrance drive.
