In April 1998, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above -referenced site, for construction of an addition to the existing single-family dwelling. A site visit was made and a survey of the existing conditions relative to the Order was carried out. The site was found to be in good standing and the work has long been completed. Drywells were not installed for the roof runoff, but the downspouts discharge into the naturally sandy subsoils for infiltration. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions, we respectfully request the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance at this time.
