(See photos) Replace this copper pan with rubber in this area. Install high temperature ice and water shield over the rest of the roof. Install 032 aluminum drip edge along the eaves and rakes of the roof. Install 032 aluminium valley fleshings. Install 032 aluminium standing seam panels with concealed fasteners. Install flashings around all penetrations coming through the roof. Install ridge cap with ridge closures along the top of the roof. The standing seam panels have a Kynar Finish with a 20-year warranty. PLEASE NOTE: Oil Canning is a natural occurrence in metal panels and is not a cause for panel rejection.
