duly called and properly posted and advertised Public Hearing of said Planning Board, held on
May 18, 2022, and continued to July 6, 2022, August 3, 2022, September 7, 2022, and January
18, 2023, it was unanimously voted (6-0) on January 18, 2023 to approve the request by the
Applicant, The Davenport Companies, to withdraw without prejudice Definitive Subdivision
Application 2936A for property located at an un-numbered lot off Route 6a, Yarmouth Port,
Assessor Map 125, Parcel 39, with Brad Goodwin, Jim Saben, Will Rubenstein, Chris Vincent,
Susan Brita, and Joanne Crowley voting in favor.
The plans and the application materials were originally filed with your office on March 24, 2022.
