power of sale conferred under the probated Will of Mildred A. Cleary, for consideration

Barnstable Registry of Deeds in Land Registration Book 214, Page 37, with Certificate of
Title#27777 and said land is shown thereon as Lot 21.
So much of said lot as s included within the limits of the private ways shown on said plan
