*Relief is sought in the alternative. The proposal is to mount a new "Jolly Captain" sculpture to theexisting
lighthouse structure on site, which is approximately 2.5 feet from the property line, in the same location where it
existed, historically, from 1960 to 2010. Attached sign will have lettering on two sides of a triangular pedestal with
the historical name of the property..
