RESPONSIBLE TO VERIFY THAT THE ITEMS DETAIL IN THE CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTS WERE BUILT ACCORDINGLY AND SHALL PREPARE, SIGN, AND
FURNISH INSPECTION REPORTS TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND THE
ARCHITECT FOR ALL TIME SPENT AT THE SITE. THE INSPECTOR SHALL BRING
DISCREPANCIES TO THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF THE GENERAL
CONTRACTOR FOR CORRECTION. IF THE DISCREPANCIES ARE NOT
CORRECTED, THE DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION
OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL AND TO THE ENGINEER PRIOR TO THE
COMPLETION OF THAT PHASE OF THE WORK. THESE SPECIAL INSPECTIONS
ARE IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER INSPECTIONS LISTED IN THESE
STRUCTURAL NOTES OR PROJECT SPECIFICATION SECTION 01 45 33.
2. SEE SHEET S-000-02 FOR STATEMENT AND SCHEDULE OF SPECIAL
INSPECTIONS. INSPECTIONS SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
CHAPTER 17 OF THE 2015 IBC.
STANDARD DETAILS
1. THE STANDARD DETAILS DEPICT TYPICAL DETAILING TO BE USED ON THIS
PROJECT. IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPLICITLY SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS
THEY SHALL BE MADE SIMILAR TO THE STANDARD DETAILS. OBTAIN
APPROVAL OF ENGINEER IN WRITING FOR SIMILAR CONDITIONS PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION.
2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND ELEVATIONS
OF EXISTING CONSTRUCTION AS REQUIRED TO COORDINATE NEW
CONSTRUCTION. SUBMIT REQUIRED CHANGES FOR APPROVAL.
3. CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT FOR REVIEW ALL EQUIPMENT SIZES, OPERATING
WEIGHTS, VIBRATION FORCES, SUPPORT LOCATIONS, ALONG WITH ANY
FLOOR OPENINGS, NOTCHES, AND RECESSES REQUIRED BY SUCH
EQUIPMENT. CONCRETE SUPPORT PADS AND/OR FRAMING REQUIRED TO
