HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE ENFORCEMENT ORDER DEAD LINEHello, The enforcement order requires a restoration plan, not a NOI. Please ensure the consultant understands what is required and has read the enforcement order, attached. I can extend the deadline by one month which would make the restoration plan due April 6, 2023. Good Morning Brittany, I’m writing to give you an update of the actions taken to date, regarding the Enforcement Order issued by your department on our property at 370 Weir Rd. YarmouthPort. We have been working with the BSC Group office in West Yarmouth, represented by Graig Fields & Kieran Healy. BSC had done the survey work on our property at the time of acquisition. After meeting with Graig and Kieran I was put in contact with Matt Creighton, the Coastal Scientist for the BSC Group. To date we have had numerous conversations but due to a backlog of work, (please note attached pdf file) BSC has not yet been able to start the actual remediation plan. Can you advise me as to the process to request an extension to the current deadline? Thank You for your time and understanding, Harvey & Doreen Wright
