Install the perimeter control wattles at the end of the existing boardwalk. 2. Staging area shall be established on the beach directly at the end of the existing boardwalk and within the perimeter control wattles and on the existing boardwalk that is to remain. 3. New boardwalk materials will be stored in the staging area on the beach and on the existing boardwalk that is to remain as needed. Material will also be stored in the back yard of the existing house. 4. Equipment used will be powered handheld auger for setting new 4”x4” boardwalk posts. Along with other necessary standard hand tools. 5. Existing boardwalk materials will be stripped by hand and hand carried up the existing boardwalk to the house location and disposed of properly. 6. New board walk will be constructed by hand. 7. At completion of reconstruction all equipment and materials will be brought up to house and transported offsite. All trash and excess materials/debris will be disposed of legally and properly. 8. Wattles/perimeter control will be removed.
