My name is Kenneth Amiott and I am the Vice President of Operations for the Couto Management Group, LLC
{"C.M.G." ). C.M.G. owns and operates a number of Dunkin' locations formerly known as Dunkin' Donuts throughout
Massachusetts, to include multiple locations in the Town of Yarmouth and across the Cape. We have a location in
Yarmouth that is located at 464 Main Street which abuts the Town N' Country Family Resort. I am writing this letter in
support of the owners of the Town `N Country Family Resorts' petition for a special permit for seasonal employee
housing. For us to operate at optimal levels and provide customers in the Town of Yarmouth and across our cape locations
with exceptional service, we need to hire seasonal employees all of whom need a place to live. The Town `N Country is a
perfect location to house all of our seasonal employees.
If the permit is granted, the Town `N Country will house our workers in a safe environment that will allow most of our
employees to walk to and from work. If the permit is not granted, we will be forced to either operate short staffed or
transport our employees to and from other cities and towns. The owners of the Town `N Country Family Resort have
been our neighbors for many years and we have enjoyed the relationship. By granting the special permit, the Yarmouth
Board of Appeals will be helping our business continue to support both the Town of Yarmouth residents and those who
vacation in Yarmouth on a seasonal basis.
