Good morning,
I am writing this letter in regards to the up and coming meeting regarding the Cape Cod Family
Resort, 452 Main St West Yarmouth. My property immediately abuts this motel as I live at 15 Saddleback lane.
I have been living at this residence for approximately 22 years. When Mr. Marrama took control of the property
it was in disrepair, his company cleaned it up and made it presentable. Mr. Marrama also reached out to me
personally and gave me his personal cell phone number if we had any issues or complaints. Over the years my
wife or myself have only had to use it once or twice and the problem was immediately resolved. I am in favor of
a portion of the property be used for seasonal work place housing. Many of our neighboring towns have made
such accommodations, such as the Pelham house in Dennis. I feel that this would be a positive move for our
town as it truly is for people that will be working in Yarmouth businesses. Mr. Marrama has been a good
neighbor and I hope we can say like wise. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
