Description of Proposed Work:
Proposed project is to replace a split two -rail fence (Photo B) with a 6 ft tall cedar plank fence to
complete the enclosure of the back garden, now almost completely enclosed by neighbors' fences.
The replacement fence would be the style of fence owned by Lot 5 on the plat and shown in Photo C:
a 36 ft long six foot tall cedar plank fence with classic column caps and capped straight upper edge.
The fence will be "natural" and ragtch the Wisting fence along the east half of northern property line.
