Marine Bulkhead
To the Conservation Commission,
Attached please find Form 8A, an As -built plan and a check in the amount of $75. The
As -built plan is inclusive of the 3 properties in the comprehensive seawall project.
This project portion was carried out with care and control for the intertidal areas. The
planting strip is approximately 7 ft. wide.
At the southeast corner of the bulkhead a gravel stone area exists as a quarter circle,
likely used for sitting. This area is lacking lawn and does not appear to cause any
detriments. This area was previously of an informal grass cover.
With acknowledgment of the forgoing, I believe the project warrants favorable
consideration for a Certificate of Compliance.
