I hereby certify that I am a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts. The solar photo-voltaic (PV)
system installed at the above-referenced location conforms to the manufacturers’ requirements/specifications. The PV
system complies with all applicable laws, codes, and ordinances – specifically the International Building Code (2015
edition) and the International Residential Code (2015 edition), including all Massachusetts regulations and
amendments. Trinity Solar was on-site during the final inspection under direct supervision.
