Good Morning
We are hoping to be able to get PTO for our customer at 18 Cocheset Path. Eversource is unable to locate where the
Work 0 been called in. Unfortunately the utilities system is not always perfect, so I apologize for
imposing ony st with getting this number cleared. This is a very old installation. The electrical inspection
passed on 12/6/2021. I have attached the signed COC for reference.
I appreciate your assistance in help this customer get PTO. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact
