The Quinn Family (Owners of 106 Pheasant Cove Circle, Yarmouth Port) seek permission from Old Kings
Highway Historic District Committee to build a small 10' x 14' Storage Shed in rear of property. The
storage shed would meet defined setback requirements and be placed no closer than 6' from side and
rear property lines. The potential storage shed would be placed in rear of property with very limited to
no visibility from street.
The potential storage shed would be constructed of wood building materials as defined in general
specification sheet application consisting of Wood, Natural White Cedar Shingles with White Painted
Trim.
The Storage Shed would look very similar to the picture below. Please note, Doors, Trim, Shutters
would be painted white and Side would have Double Doors.
