NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, February 13, 2023 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02264 in the Selectman's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https://If.yarmouth,ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

2. 23-A006 Jack Gaskell (Owner) and Renewal by Anderson (Agent): To replace two windows at 17 Eider
Street
3. 23-AO07 Darryl Lamonico (Owner) and James Pina (Agent): To construct a deck in the rear of 7 Ebb
Road
4. 23-AO08 Susan Porter (Owner) and SunWind, LLC (Agent): To install 28 solar panels on the garage and
rear roofs at 12 Dundee Drive
5. 23-AO09 Jayme Franklin (Owner) and Skyline Solar (Agent): To install 15 solar panels on the front and
rear roofs at 7 Frances Helen Road
6. 23-A010 Lundquist Thomas W (Life Est.) (Owner) and Clean Energy Design (Agent): To install 33 solar
