Hi Robin-
Bruce and I have reviewed this plan and have the following comments:
•-1. Correct the date of Observation Hole 1 — year should be 2001
I . We will need a floor plan
Provide a quick disconnect near the outlet on the 2" line exiting the pump chamber
Gtl, Provide boots in the tank and pump chamber to mitigate the invert/groundwater variance
ttJ. A 5' swale is required between the leach field toe of slope and the property line, especially along the
northerly corner of the leach field. Unless the system can be shifted or reconfigured to provide the 5'
swale, you may need a retaining wall to compensate for lack of room for the 5' swale.
Please call or email with questions/comments.
Thanks, Amy

Bruce has a note on the file from 02.14.14 stating "Need to update plan, new deep and perc, NGVD, and
house plan". It looks like the next available date for soil tests is June 26.

Amy,
Scott Campbell had called about the leaching facility. He said he had a friend off cape that had "standard" infiltrators, as
was called for in the plan we designed 15 years ago. Needless to say the fellow had "High Caps", so Terry and I talked
and found that Cultec Contactor 100s could be switched. The only drawback is that the Cultecs have a 6" depth below
invert where the standard Infiltrators have 7". Because the soil absorption system was designed as a field the depth below
invert does not matter in the design criteria.
If you have any questions, let me know. Have a Happy 4th!!!
Robin
