Description of proposed Work (Additional pages maybe attached if necessary):
Installation of a new Pine Harbor,"Quivett Shed" which is I i 2'x11'. This shed is made of wood, and
constructed with red cedar shingles, white trim boards, two windows, and one set of barn type doors for
entering and exiting the structure. The roof has a 10112 pitch, and is finished with architectural shingles that
match the home.
The ground under this shed was prepped and leveled with 314" stone gravel.
The cost for this shed was $9,805.00.

It's glorious. As long as it's five feet from the property line and in conformance with zoning dimensional requirements
it's approved.

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolition/Exec-option may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Throe far Making Determinations
"Ay soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within forty-five, (45) days
after theffling of'application, or within such fitrther time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the Committee shall make a determination on the application. "
Applicant understands that the review of this application will be scheduled as soon as the
situation allows.
