BBQ is under the impression not needed unless seating is involved. No Yfd or bldg needed. Just boh.
Something is not being explained to vendors or they aren't getting it.

I don't know because as I can tell owners don't have to sign anything. The food provider is saying he believes he is
licensed and that means he can just open as long as its private property.

I know what makes sense to me is yfd is involved. Looks like Mark is saying he doesn't have time to sign off. Just
trying to make sure it's runs smoothly.

So I've made a 1 day arrangement with the new BBQ guy for
this weekend. I understand he is fully licensed and ready to
go. I am meeting him tomorrow at 200pm at GIP to pick a
site. You are all invited and welcome to make comments. I
