Delay/Unknown Conditions: I understand that if Contractor determines that Contractor cannot perform the work according to Contractor's normal professional standards, then Contractor can cancel this Agreement, notify me in writing of the cancellation, and return my money to me. I understand that Contractor is not responsible for structural or other defects in my property, and that Contractor's products do not cure those types of problems.
