THE CONSERVATION COMMISSION OFFICE SHALL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO DRAINING AND SHALL APPROVED THE METHOD OF DRAINING, GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS DIRECTED INTO ADEQUATE SIZED DRYWELLS' SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ROOF DRAINAGE, AT NO TIME SHALL ROOF RUN OFF BE DIRECTED O A WETLAND RESOURCE AREA, ABUTTING PROPERTY OR THE ROAD. GRADING SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED SO THAT THE PROJECT SHALL NOT CAUSE FLOODING OR STORM WATER DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY OWNERS OR WETLAND RESOURCE AREA. CONSERVATION ADMINISTRATOR INSPECTION WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. PLEASE CONTACT THE CONSERVATION ADMINISTRATOR WHEN THE 'WORK IS.
