On April 3, 2023 I examined the wetland area at the above referenced address. I
would classify the area below the existing stairs as an "Inland Bank", pursuant to the
Mass Wetland Regulations and the Town of Yarmouth Wetland By -Law. I did not
see sufficient evidence of a BVW in that location.
