The pier,ramp,and float existed in their entirely for the configuration shown on the stamped plan of record,dated April 11,1989,stamped by Mr.Arne Ojala.Special Condition #23 in the order merely specifies that acertificateofcomplianceshallberequestedtocloseouttheorder.Therefore,the project has been completed inaccordancewiththeOrderofConditions,and all Special Conditions contained in SE-83-977 issued on 5/29/89.Attached please find Yarmouth form WPA-8A Request for Certificate of Compliance and a check for $75 madepayabletotheTownofYarmouth.As noted in the certificate of compliance form,this letteris also signed byMr.Dan Qjala,a licensed professional engineer in Massachusetts.
