Gary Armstrong called insisting a tree is on town property that needs to come down.
The tree is located at 24 Coachmans Lane near a fire hydrant. Coachmans Lane is a private road.
Gary said if the tree were to come down, it would bring nearby wires down too. He would like the tree to be
accessed to avoid paying for new wires.
