This is DENIED.
A COA application must be submitted and MUST contain:
DENIED
1/4" = V-0" TO SCALE drawings of the elevations. They cannot be faux -perspective drawings ... or whatever was just
submitted.
I would ask that you not accept anything that does not meet the COA application requirements for our agenda. The lack
of any scale or accuracy to the drawings makes it impossible for me or the committee to evaluate the design for
appropriateness.
Construction is an investment of time and money. One of those costs is having accurate drawings prepared for review
AND for the submission for a building permit. The need to have a professional draft to -scale, measured drawings is part
of the project cost if one cannot do it themselves.
If they give you a hard time, have them tail me, but do not put this on the agenda without to -scale drawings. Consider
that a directive from the Architect appointee from the town. The professional who is required, by law, to be on the
committee for a reason.

There are no scale (1/4" = V-0" ) elevation drawings showing what this will look like on the house, only a crude sketch. I
cannot approve this and they must submit scale drawings.
