A certain parcel of land, together with the buildings thereon, situate in Yarmouth (West),
Barnstable County, Massachusetts, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
On the Southwest by lot 68 as shown on plan hereinafter mentioned, 90 feet;
On the Northwest by lots 71 and 72 as shown on said plan, 60 feet;
On the Northeast by Lot 70 as shown on said plan, 90 feet; and
On the Southeast by Ocean Avenue, 60 feet.
The above described lot is shown as lot 69 on a plan entitled "Plan of Ocean View
Park West Yarmouth, Mass. for sale by Ocean View Park Co., Brockton, Mass." which plan
is recorded in the Barnstable Registry of Deeds in Boole 33, Page 63.
The above described lot is also shown as lot 69 on a plan entitled "Colonial Acres on
Lewis Bay in West Yarmouth, Mass. Property of West Yarmouth Real Estate Trust" drawn
by George E. Clements, Civil Engineer, Amended to November, 1930, which plan is
recorded in said Registry in Plan Book 47, Page 113.
