THE DESIGN SHOWN HEREON, IS BASED ON THE PROJECT NOT BEING DEEMED A'SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT', UNDER YARMOUTH BUILDING OFFICIALS REVIEW OUTLINED IN 2009 IRC SECTION R105.3.1.1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ALL APPROVALS AND PERMITS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. 5. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING THE LOCAL BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR ALL REQUIRED STRUCTURAL INSPECTION(S). IF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL REQUIRES THATTHE INSPECTION(S) BE COMPLETED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE ENGINEER OF RECORD 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TIME WHEN THE INSPECTION(S) IS TO BE PERFORMED. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSURE THAT ALL STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND CONNECTIONS ARE VISIBLE FOR INSPECTION.
