1. Henry Tinoco arrived on site at 1000 hours.
Left site at 1100 hours.
2. Earthwork observed:
A) Per the request of Dellbrook, the undersigned visited the site today to perform field density tests (FDT) on
previously placed and compacted base course fill along a previously excavated and backfilled trench within the pavement area located to the west of the building (see Site Sketch, Figure No. 1). The undersigned
performed FDT nos. 1 through 3 on the base course material (see attached Figure No. 1 for approximate
test locations). The base course fill material appeared to generally consist of brown, fine to coarse SAND,
some fine to coarse Gravel, trace Silt. The test results indicated that an adequate degree of compaction was
achieved at each test location. Refer to the Summary of Field Density Tests sheet on page 2 of this report for additional information.
