On 8/2/2016, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above -referenced site, for a proposed addition and new septic system. A site visit was made in April of 2023. The septic system was installed as per the design plan, however the addition was never constructed. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the completed in substantial compliance with the Order of Conditions.
