4. THE DOCK REPAIRS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED WITH HAND TOOLS. THE DREDGING SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED FROM A WORKING BARGE. THE REMAINDER
OF WORK SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY HAND. AT NO TIME SHALL THE WORKING BARGE COME IN CONTACT WITH THE BOTTOM.
5. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE STORED ON THE APPLICANT'S PROPERTY DURING TIMES OF HIGH TIDE AND WHEN NOT IN USE. WORKING
BARGE TO BE ANCHORED TO AVOID BOTTOMING OUT DURING PERIODS OF LOW TIDE.
6. ALL AREAS DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RETURNED TO THEIR PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONDITION. ALL WORK SHALL BE INSPECTED BY
SHOREFRONT CONSULTING AND RECEIVE APPROVAL BEFORE REMOVING EQUIPMENT FROM THE SITE.
7. THE ACCESS ROUTE AND WORK SITE SHALL BE CLEANED AND RESTORED TO RESEMBLE THE PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONTOURS AND CONDITIONS.
8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN A COPY OF THE ORDER OF CONDITIONS ISSUED FOR THE PROJECT BY THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK.
9. ALL HARDWARE SHALL BE GALVANIZED OR STAINLESS STEEL, UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY OWNER OR SHOREFRONT CONSULTING.
10. A PORTION OF THE DREDGE SPOILS CAN BE USED AS FILL BEHIND THE EXISTING REVETMENT AS NEEDED TO RE-ESTABLISH THE PROPER SLOPE.
THE REMAINDER OF THE DREDGE SPOILS SHALL BE PROPERLY DISPOSED OF AT AN OFFSITE FACILITY.
11. REMOVE EXISTING 8' VEGETATED BUFFER AND REPLACE WITH PLANTS FROM PLANTING LIST FOR 5' BUFFER STRIP. TOTAL COVERAGE = 600t
SQUARE FEET.
12. THE EXISTING REVETMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AS A "SMOOTH FACED" REVETMENT TO MATCH SURROUNDING REVETMENTS. THE EXISTING
STONES SHALL BE RE -USED, WITH ADDITIONAL STONE ADDED AS NECESSARY, INCLUDING NEW TOE STONES AS PER DETAILS SHOWN.
