On September 4, 2020, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above - referenced site, for the construction of proposed additions to the existing dwelling. A Certificate of Compliance request was denied on October 20, 2022 and an enforcement order was issued for mowing within the area of wetland flags Al-A4. The mowing has ceased and as requested an asbuilt plan has been provided which shows the unpermitted AC/generator pad and patio area. The patio area replaced an existing paved driveway. After consultation with the client, we are proposing to plant 4 native shrubs within the mowed resource area and allow an additional 34' strip of lawn to re - naturalize beyond the proposed plantings. Stones will be placed along this "no mow" area to ensure it remains natural. We feel that while not on the original approved plan, the unperrriitted work was relatively minor in scope and will not adversely affect the resource areas. The proposed plantings and enhanced natural area will provide an additional buffer to the BVW. We respectfully request the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. Thank you for your consideration.
