To Whom It May Concern; While in the performance of my duties I had occasion to pass by your property at the subject location and observed the electrical service in a very unsafe condition. The service had been ripped off of the exterior wall of the dwelling and was hanging by the wires. I tried to make contact with anyone at the house with no success. The exterior work that was being performed was being done without any building permits as required by Massachusetts General Laws. The work was being done by persons that did not understand the English language very well. In the interest of safety and to prevent the house from burning down I ordered EverSource Electric Company to respond to the location and disconnect the power to the house until the repairs have been made and inspected. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Town of Yarmouth, Building Department K.
