Electronic copies of all documents will be emailed to the conservation office. During construction, the public access stairs were moved from the east side of the dock to the west side. Due to the angle of the dock relative to the bulkhead, this change was required in order for the stairs not to come in contact with the new bulkhead. The stairs are in the same location as originally shown on the permit plan of record; just on the other side. Please accept this revised plan for your records. I will be available during your April 20, 2023 public hearing to address any questions. If there are any immediate questions or concerns regarding this submittal, please contact me as soon as possible.
