SAUNA HEATER INSTALLATION
1. Remove heater from carton and attach heater to 4. Signs are located inside the heater carton. Mount

codes. Use proper A.W.G. rated wire size and
use copper wire suitable for 90°C within Sauna
walls. Use grounding terminals provided in
Sauna heater to properly ground the equipment
as per NEC and local codes.
3. FLB and KIP-B style heaters have a thermostatic
bulb(located in the junction box of the heater)
that must be run up the face of the interior Sauna
room wall. See figure 5a for proper thermostatic
bulb placement. DO NOT MOUNT SENSOR
BULB DIRECTLY ABOVE THE HEATER or room
will not get hot enough.

VERY IMPORTANT!! Read instructions below for operation of heaters with built in controls.
Set heat control thermostat(left side dial)to max. For eg., if you set the timer knob at number 3
