BOARD OF APPEALS
We are the homeowners at 233 Pleasant Street, South Yarmouth, and we are writing in
support of the zoning variance requested by our neighbors Fred and Margot
Churchill. We are not able to make the hearing next Thursday, but wanted to let you
know of our support.
We understand that they plan to rebuild the house currently on the lot at 239 Pleasant
St, and are requesting zoning relief to move the garage on the west side of the building
a few feet to the east, but still not within the required distance from the lot line —thus
they need a variance.
We fully support their request and feel this will be an improvement to the neighborhood.
Thank you for providing this letter of support to the members of the Zoning Board of
Appeals.
