Deimarest, Jr., P.L.S., 338 Mayfair Road, South Dennis, MA 02660, which plan of land is recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 601, Page 43. The above -referenced property is conveyed subject to the following restrictions that shall remain in force until 2028: l . No boats or water vessels of any kind parked, stored or kept on the property; 2. No commercial or unregistered vehicles of any kind, except for registered pickup trucks and vans, parked or stored on the property; IRegistered motor vehicles may be parked only in designated driveway areas; 4. No generators shall be used on the property, except those utilized for emergency back-up purposes; 5. No tents for ovemight occupation shall be utilized on the property; 6. No clotheslines shall be visible from Union Street; 7. No outside pet cages are allowed on the property; and 8. No toys, portable swimming pools or climbing equipment shall be visible from Union Street.
