the land together with the buildings thereon, in West Yarmouth, Barnstable County,
Massachusetts 02632, being described as follows:
Being LOT 7, Bloc F as shown on subdivision plan 11435-A, drawn by G. F. Clements,
Civil Engineer, dated January, 1926 as modified and approved by the Court and filed in the
Land Registration Office at Boston, a copy of which is filed in Barnstable County Registry
of Deeds in Land Registration Book 8, Page 58 with Certificate of Title No. 1808.
There is appurtenant to said Lot a right of way in common with all others now or hereafter
entitled thereto over the roads and ways shown on said plan.
Subject to and together with the benefit of all rights, rights of way, restrictions and
easements of record, insofar as the same are in force and applicable, and specifically set
forth in Certificate of Title No. 9277 and Document No. 21,212 recorded with the
Barnstable Registry District.
The Grantor hereby releases any and all rights of homestead in said premises and certifies
under the pains and penalties of perjury that there are no other persons entitled to the
protection of the Homestead Act pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 188 as amended.
