Good morning,
As you know, Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) is serving as the monitoring agent for several
Affordable developments in Yarmouth. As monitoring agent, HAC is responsible for ensuring the
ongoing compliance by Affordable unit owners with the terms of their Affordable Housing
Restriction, including requests for refinancing, capital improvements, and resale.
This notice is to update you on the status of Affordable units in Yarmouth for which HAC acts as
