In June of 2006, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above - referenced site, for the construction of a new single family dwelling on a previously developed site. A site visit was made in April of 2023 and photographs representative of the site are attached. The site was found to be in good standing and the work has long been completed. Drywells were not installed for the roof runoff, but the downspouts discharge into the naturally sandy subsoils for infiltration and no evidence of surface runoff towards the wetland area was observed. It was also noted that the driveway is currently constructed of asphalt pavement but is pitched to drain away from the wetland resource area. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was perforrned in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
