14.) PARKING STALLS ARE TYPICAILY 20 FEET IN DEPTH AND 10 FEET IN WIDTH.
HANDICAPPED STALLS ARE 12 FEET IN WIDTH AND 20 FEET IN DEPTH. STALLS SHALT_
BE DEMARCATED BY 4" WIDE LINES OF STANDARD GRADE YELLOW OR WHITE TRAFFIC

15.) WATER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS SHALL HE ARRANGED WITH THE YARMOUTH WATER

17.) UNPAVED AREAS SHALL BE '~BOUGHT TO WITHIN FOUR INCHES OF FINISHED GRADE WITH
ORDINARY BORROW AND COVERED WITH A FOUR INCH LAVER OF LOAM OR PLANTASLE
