I live at Buck Island Village. We already hear music from the Cove at night, so I have to shut my windows and that does
not always prevent the sound from disturbing my peace and quiet. The go-cart location will be even closer, and it
certainly is NOT music! Yarmouth does not need a second such venue. Buck Island is a majority owner -occupied
RESIDENTIAL community of largely senior citizens. I chose this complex for many good reasons, not the least of which
was the wooded solitude it provides, bordered by the cranberry bogs, and away from the mainstream traffic. If this
proposal is allowed, my quality of life will be forever seriously impaired. Thank you for considering my objection. - Jeanne
