Dear Mr. Patrick John Python and Mrs. Julia F. Loughman:
The Yarmouth Board of Health, having reviewed your application on May 2, 2022 for a variance from the
provisions of Title 5 of the State Environmental Code, Section 15.203 fl) & (2) - 15.248 (1) and/or from the
Town of Yarmouth Amendments to Title 5, Section 3.7, for a Sewage Disposal System and, having determined
strict enforcement of these regulations in this instance would do manifest injustice and,further,that your requested
variance does not conflict with the spirit of the State Environmental Code nor the Town of Yarmouth
Amendments,has hereby granted the variance(s). The variance(s)granted are as follows:
SEE ATTACHED SHEET FOR VARIANCES.
Variances are shown on an engineered plan prepared by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc., P.E. & P.L.S. dated March 28,
2022&revised,April 19, 2022.
The variance(s)granted herein shall expire on July 1, 2023.

Order of Conditions:
1. Engineer to inspect septic system installation and provide As-Built.
2. Variances will expire on July 1, 2023. (Work needs to be completed by July 1,2023)
