Thomas McGovern, Conservator of Michael E. Walsh -McGovern, pursuant to a license
to sell from the Barnstable County Probate Court, (Being Barnstable County Probate and
Family Court Docket No: BA21 PI 174PM) of 1289 Commonwealth Avenue #4, Allston,
MA 02134, for consideration paid of Three Hundred Thirty -Two Thousand and 00/100
($332,000.00) Dollars hereby grant to Ewa Argo, Trustee of the SEACRET REALTY
TRUST, under a declaration of trust dated February 9, 2022, see Trust recorded herewith,
of 23 Dream Lake Drive, Madison CT 06443,
WITH QUITCLAIM COVENANTS
The land together with the buildings thereon in that portion of Yarmouth known as South
Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, being shown as Lot 16 on a plan entitled
"Rose Acres Partial plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts Property of Phillip
Rose" dated December 1948 and recorded in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan
Book 85, Page 131, bounded and described as follows:
Northeasterly by Rose Road, as shown on plan hereinabove mentioned, seventy-five
and 04/100 (75.04) feet;
Southeasterly by Smith Road, as shown on said plan, one hundred ten and 00/100
(110.00) feet;
Southwesterly by Lot number 15, as shown on said plan, seventy-five and 00/100
(75.00) feet;
