As a resident of Buck Island Village, which would be an abutter of the proposed Go -Kart business, I would like to express
concerns about the proposal.
There will be considerable noise and air pollution generated by this type of business, and my preference would be that it
not be located so close to a residential complex.
The proposal states that the business will operate year-round and be open as late as 10pm during the summer.
I am not anti -business, however, I am dismayed by the thought of the gas fumes and engine noise just several hundred
feet away.
