With regard to Petition 5019, please consider that all of the owners who abut the property where the
racetrack is proposed to be installed will suffer from a daily disturbance of their peace and from
breathing in fouled air, two conditions which are anathema to Cape Cod residents.
Additionally, the same owners will suffer a severe financial setback due to the reduced value and
saleability of their property.
I do not believe that a buffer of trees will eliminate the adverse effects of this proposed business.
